SERIOUS film making from the 1930s

WHOA! Kindly suggested by a Dull Tool Dim Bulb follower, it appears to reveal the source for the image titled GHOUL which was my post from two weeks ago. JEEPERS! Now THIS is an opening to a film! What I called "Ghoul" was cropped from an 8 x 10 original photograph I have, shown here as well.
Original still photograph, collection Jim Linderman

  2. Great find! The actress is either Dorothy Bradshaw, Fraye Gilbert, or Betty Sundmark (I wrote something briefly about this film last year at http://www.bookoftheerinyes.com/journal/2008/12/furies-from-the-1930s/ )

  3. It looks like an incredible film...I'd say filmmaking hasn't gone as far as the filmakers think. Of course, this one isn't in fake 3-D
